Ethambutol No change necessary
Isoniazid Genetic predisposition (slow/fast acetylation) is more important in determining clearance than hepatic disease.
Consider lengthening dosing interval to q48h or deferral of isoniazid therapy in patients with acute liver disease.
Pyrazinamide Dosage reduction recommended.
Rifampin Lengthen dosing interval to q48h.
Consider deferral of rifampin therapy in patients with jaundice.
