Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA)
- Allergic response to fungal hyphae in bronchial tree, manifesting as sinusitis and asthma and characterized by wheezing and pulmonary infiltrates, leading to bronchiectasis and fibrosis.
- Corticosteroids are primary therapy.
